        From March 25^th to Mat 1 the Tulip festival takes place every year in Woodburn between Portland and Salem. This festival is all about flowers. It shows people all kinds of flowers that grow in the Willamette Vally  such as, Tulip, Daffodil, Rose, Gipsy Princess and many countless names of flowers.
